Peyton Nagel
Peyton Nagel is a passionate photographer who enjoys looking at life through many lenses to see many perspectives. She is working on her Bachelor's in Photography and Psychology and hopes to connect, teach, and learn from the creatives that cross her path. Her understanding of light, attention to detail, and digital manipulations creates a distinctive style of work that she wishes to share and ultimately inspire others.

Appropriate for complete beginners, or those who want to brush up on the basics and start enjoying our regular group meet-up sessions. Learn how to get off Auto Mode and onto Manual Mode, along with the basics of composition.

Cameras, their functions, and all their accessories can be overwhelming if you’re not already familiar with them. Discover how to use your camera to capture moments, events, and people in your everyday life. The class will cover a range of technical aspects, including aperture, shutter speed, and ISO. You’ll also cover focal length and lenses, lighting, and correct exposure.

Sunset photography is a bit of a funny one really. It is harder than it looks, but is often one of the first things that beginners like to try. More often than not though, the exposure needs work, and the post-processing needs additional work.

We will focus on capturing moving street life as well as still murals.

Street photography encompasses a wide range of genres, and this week we'll be looking at how you can use different crops and compositions to tell a story about the local area through your camera. There will be a mix of architecture and portrait photography in this session as we explore the city on a photo walk.
